Individual License Fee – Active License Model

This option is better if you are providing only one course/SCORM package for multiple organizations OR users during the year. Here the charges are based on the number users accessing the course during the year.

  • All costs mentioned are Annual charge. The billing will be done once every 12 months. If the utilization moves from one slab to another during the year, then the balance amount will be billed for the entire year.
  • Price Assurance – We understand that reliability in pricing is important. We will retain the same price matrix for a period of 3 years(1st year and 2 renewals) for any existing customer. After 3 years, the price will be reset to the price on par with any new customer.
  • Unique User Count – The same user can access any number of courses from the same Learning provider through separate licenses. This will be counted as a single unique user. A unique user is one who consumed or accessed any learning content from the provider through SCORMBridge at least once during the billing cycle of 12 months.
  • The Annual fee includes the charges for the administrator licenses for managing the SCORMBridge portal of the learning provider, encryption or anonymization technology used, implementation, hosting and support.
